Maples of Carmel Condominium Owners' Association
Maples of Carmel Condominium Owners' Association is operated by a board of directors elected from community homeowners. The Maples of Carmel Board of Directors currently contracts Association Management, Inc. as the community management company responsible for details from collection of monthly association fees to assisting with vendors providing services in the community.
The board meets regularly once a month.
Maples of Carmel residents are encouraged to use the AMI COMMUNITY PORTAL to have digital access to the community. From the portal residents can access their monthly fees account, contact AMI, submit workorders for maintenance, and much more. Please use the following link:
